"In every person there lies buried deep in the heart a desire for a certain sort of life;

A life that is free and unencumbered, a life that is full of beauty, joy and fulfillment"

About

About

I am committed to offering a safe, warm and supportive therapeutic space in which you can experience acceptance and understanding. We work together to identify and process the internal obstacles that come in the way of living your life with more ease and joy. Being listened to with respect, sensitivity and non-judgement can help alleviate the intensity of difficult experiences and allow for growth and healing to occur.

My approach integrates Eastern & Western Psychology as I strive to incorporate the wisdom from ancient contemplative traditions, with current neuro-scientific findings, evolutionary neurobiology, and psychodynamic/relational psychology.  Mindfulness and  self-compassion practices have a growing evidence base and form an integral part of how I work.
